Scene 1:  

- Sound (non-diegetic): suspenseful instrumental music begins

- Lighting: neutral lighting slightly gray

- Grace (main character): Yeah, let me explain it's just lately I haven't had any motivation and I told her that, and she just 

- Acting: Grace stops a while talking to Asia and Reese, they give each urgent stares 

- Asia (friend 1): Keep talking, I have to use the bathroom 

- Grace: Oh, alright so... 

- Acting: Asia goes to Grace’s room and places a note then runs to the bathroom silently  

- Sound(non-diegetic): suspenseful instrumental music lowers more in the background 

- Acting: Reese notices that Asia finished. 

- Reese (friend 2): Yeah, Grace I'm going to be outside for a little I don’t know just need 

- Grace: Hey it's fine go it's fine, whatever 


Scene 2: 

- Acting: Goes to room and sets down school things and sit on chair  

- Lighting: Neutral low-key lighting (window are open) twins are seen in in the distance of the set 

- Grace: Um no one wants too little, I hate it can't confide in anyone my chest is dying from this weight, it was just a mistake, I'm innocent.  

- [Reese pass by room door going to bathroom and walks back going back outside] 


Scene 3: 

(cutaway) 

- Sound(non-diegetic): suspenseful instrumental music grows~ 

- Asia: I did it are you happy ugh its wrong 

- Reese: She needs it, once we leave this bathroom none of this happened 

- Lighting: Bright white light (high-key) 


Scene 4: 

- Sound (non-diegetic): suspenseful instrumental music softens 

- Acting: Grace gets up and walks to mirror, looks mirror showing two different emotions- takes out clip from her hair and pen 

- Grace: it's fine, I'm fine, I'm happy, no I'm not 

- Acting: Grace jumps on the bed and begins to cry, Asia is watching at the doorway and leaves, Grace continues to smile creepily then gets angry and falls out of the bed chuckling finding a note 

- Sound(non-diegetic): suspenseful instrumental music rises 

- Sound: ambient sounds of body hitting the floor and diegetic sounds of Reese screaming  

- Grace: WAIT... that was outside, omg Reese 


Scene 5:

- Sound (non-diegetic): suspenseful instrumental music continues to rise 

- Sound (diegetic): fast footsteps of Grace 

- Lighting: Gloomy and low-key lighting 

Scene 6:

- Grace: Reese!!, where is everyone I can't I did it again.

Plans Gone Wrong

My group and I were supposed to start filming at minimum one day this weekend. My team and I had planned to get started on our film and finish at least a couple of the first clips. If not, it would at least provide a feel for how filming is going to go. Unfortunately, this was not able to be successfully done. It soon came up that my peers and I had previous commitments that weekend, which were not able to be postponed. For example, my mom told me when I got home that we would be visiting my friend out of state that weekend. I would be gone from that Friday night to the next Sunday morning. This left me no time to film since it would be too complicated to film on a school night. This is because I live so far away from everyone else in my group. By the time I got home from filming, I wouldn't be able to have enough time to sleep before I woke up at 6 the next morning. Therefore, I had to let my team know I couldn't make it that weekend. Storyboard for Time for Dinner

Scene 1: The first five seconds will show clouds going down with "...Presents" and "...Production Company."  Scene 2: The next scene is a tracking shot of a very vibrant neighborhood with the actors' names.  Scene 3: The camera gets closer to a house and shows the film's name. Scene 4: The camera goes into the house slowly. Scene 5: The camera continues throughout the house that looks very put together. Scene 6: The kitchen is a little messy-looking and says "The Music by..." Scene 7: Two girls are shown talking muted as the "Directed by.." is displayed. They are stiff.   Scene 8: Sara grabs a chair and sits as she says her first line stiffly. Scene 9: This is a close-up shot of Lynn and she says her first line very smiley. She has a lot of makeup on.  Scene 10: The camera turns to Sara as she says her next line wearing a lot of makeup. The Editing has Officially Begun

We finally finished filming all of the clips necessary for our film. The last couple of things we had to do included getting Nicole to record a couple more missing scenes at home with her tripod. After this was done, we were finally completely done with filming for this project. We were able to start on the editing immediately. One of the first things I did was record myself screaming. This was so I could add it in as a voice-over over one of the scenes. Before I could do this though, I had to make sure of some things. I made sure that I did it around the middle of the day when most people were awake. This is because I live in an apartment complex, so I didn't want to upset my neighbors. I also didn't want to upset my own family by yelling too early or late in the day. I also told my family to not be alarmed by my scream because I had to record it for a project and I told them to stay quiet during it so their voices wouldn't be heard in the background.
